• Your booking details: package, room type, dates, group size, and any optional activities
• Dietary requirements and any health or accessibility information you choose to share
• The content of the messages you send us

• Respond to your enquiry and confirm your booking
• Arrange your accommodation, coaching, transfers, and any extras
• Cater to your dietary requirements and keep you safe during activities
• Contact you about your stay, and keep records of your booking

3. How Your Messages Reach Us

Our booking and contact forms send your message to us through WhatsApp. When you submit a form, your device opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that you choose to send. This means your message is also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy terms.

If you contact us by email or phone instead, those messages are handled by the relevant email or telephone provider.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where needed to deliver your booking (for example, with a transfer driver or an activity provider), or where required by law.

5. Keeping Your Information

We keep your information only as long as needed to manage your booking and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To do so, email letsurfmorocco@gmail.com.

Our website uses only what is needed to function and may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies.
