1. Bookings & Enquiries

Booking requests are made through our website forms, WhatsApp, email, or phone. A request is an enquiry only; your booking is confirmed once we reply to confirm availability and any deposit has been received.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

2. Prices & Payment

Prices are quoted per person and per week in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to availability and change until your booking is confirmed. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies.

We may ask for a deposit to secure your dates, with the balance due before or on arrival. Payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.

3. What's Included

The services included in your package are those listed on the relevant package page at the time of booking, which may include accommodation, breakfast and selected dinners, surf coaching or guiding, equipment, and an airport or bus station transfer from/to Agadir.

Optional activities and extras are not included unless expressly stated and are booked and paid for separately.

4. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change your booking, contact us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable. Any refund of amounts already paid is at our discretion and depends on how much notice you give and whether the dates can be re-booked.

We recommend all guests take out travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs, and personal belongings.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather, unsafe surf conditions, or events outside our control). Where we cancel, we will offer alternative dates or a refund of amounts paid for the affected services.

5. Surfing, Activities & Safety

Surfing and the activities we offer carry inherent risks. You take part at your own risk and must follow the instructions of our coaches and guides at all times.

You confirm that you are in good health and able to take part, and that you can swim to a level suitable for the activities booked. You must tell us of any medical condition, injury, or limitation that may affect your participation.

We may refuse or stop participation where we consider conditions unsafe or a guest unfit to take part.

6. Accommodation & House Rules

Rooms are allocated according to the room type booked and subject to availability. Please treat the surf house, its facilities, and other guests with respect.

You are responsible for any loss or damage you cause to the property or equipment. We are not responsible for personal belongings; please use the storage provided.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in surfing or activities, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
